Donald “Don” William Reardon, 84, of Covington, KY, peacefully passed away on January 30, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. Born on July 1, 1940, in Covington, Don was a lifelong resident of the area. A retiree of Specialty Films, Don's dedication to his community was matched only by his profound love for his family and friends, truly defining his character. A faithful member of the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption in Covington, his faith brought him comfort and solace.

Don, a devoted fan of Cincinnati sports, found joy in cheering for the Reds, Bengals, and UK Wildcats. Whether testing his luck at the racetrack or with scratch-off tickets, he marveled at life's simple pleasures. Above all, his greatest happiness came from spending time with his loved ones, leaving a legacy of warmth, laughter, and kindness.

Preceded in death by his wife, Margie Reardon, mother Hellen Flynn, granddaughter Melissa Jones, and great-niece Morgan Hicks, Don is survived by his children Donna Roberts, Kim (Susan Kraus) Jones, Jennifer (Dale) Dunaway, Tom Webster, best friend and bonus daughter Cindy Lou (Joe Mueller) Bishop, grandchildren Angela and Roy Bishop III, great-grandchildren Elmer, Brooklyn, Bella, Ariel, Piper, Aubrey, and great-great-grandchild Kaylani.

Visitation will be held on February 10, 2025, from 9:30 AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption in Covington. Following the service, Don will be laid to rest with his beloved wife, Margie, at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell in a private graveside ceremony.

Don’s memory will live on through his family and the lives he touched, remembered for his love, generosity, and the joy he spread to all around him.
