Shirlene Scott, 76, passed away on January 2, 2025. She is survived by her husband Gilbert Scott and daughters Darlene Piper (Dana) and Arlene Brooks (John). Scott was a proud grandmother of Chelsea Holstein, Cory Piper, Zachary Franks, and Taylor Franks, and a great-grandmother of Madelyn Holstein and Isabelle Piper. She is also survived by her brother Donnie Sanders (Mona).

Born in Liberty, Kentucky to Omer and Eva Sanders, Scott will be remembered as a loving woman who cherished her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time outside, watching birds, and gardening.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 U.S. Hwy 42, Florence, Kentucky 41042, from 4:00 p.m. until the 6:00 p.m. funeral service.
