Robert Bruce Browning, also known as Bob, was born on May 31, 1941, in Covington, Kentucky. He peacefully passed away on January 17, 2025, in Edgewood, Kentucky, at the age of 83, surrounded by his family. Bob proudly served his country as a Marine Corps veteran from 1961 to 1965, reaching the rank of corporal, exemplifying his dedication to service and values.

Bob's love for his family was unwavering, always placing their happiness as a top priority. An avid cook, he expressed his affection through preparing meals for his loved ones. Fondly remembered for his joyful singing and ability to remember the lyrics to countless classic songs, Bob's warm spirit and care touched the lives of those around him.

Survived by his devoted wife of 55 years, Donna Browning, daughter Nicole Browning, granddaughters Raegan and Kyndall Simpson, sister-in-law Jeanine Browning, and many others who held him dear, Bob's proudest roles were as a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is preceded in death by his father, Jesse Browning, mother Isabelle Browning, and his siblings.

Friends and family are invited to a graveside service and military honors in Bob's honor on January 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger, Kentucky. A celebration of his life will provide an opportunity to share memories and remember the remarkable man he was.

Memorial trees or flowers can be ordered in memory of Robert Bruce Browning at the flower store. Donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in his honor are welcomed.
