Clarksburg home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Clarksburg rose by $101,000 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $580,000 - a 21.1% increase over the $479,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Clarksburg in May 2019.
