Jeannette Van Strien, a beloved nurse known for her warmth and dedication to caring for others, passed away on April 11, 2025, in Burlington, Kentucky. Born on December 24, 1946, in Long Beach, California, Jeannette was described as fierce, feisty, and kind-hearted. She leaves behind her son, Steve Van Strien; grandchildren, Evan, Joshua, Emily, and Scott; great-grandson, Hunter; and siblings, Patsy, Donald, and Charles.

Jeannette's compassionate and relentless advocacy for patients in physical rehabilitation earned her respect and admiration from colleagues and those she cared for. Her legacy of strength, generosity, and empathy will be deeply missed by all who were touched by her presence.
