Tim Chesser | Stith Funeral Home and Cremation Center
Timothy A. Chesser, who served as a lieutenant in the Florence Police Department and later as the director of safety and security at Gateway Community and Technical College, passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Chesser leaves behind his wife, son, daughter, sister, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, and many other family members. A visitation and funeral service will take place at First Church of Christ in Burlington on Tuesday, April 15th. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association - Fraternal Order of Police or Hospice Care of St. Elizabeth.
