Dennis Wayne Cope, 72, of Edgewood, passed away on Monday, March 17, 2025. He was born in Covington, Kentucky, to Thomas and Margaret Cope. Dennis is survived by his wife, sons, grandchildren, brother, sisters, stepchildren, niece, nephews, and his beloved canine companions. He was known for his passion for the outdoors, tinkering with engines, and his dedication to serving as a volunteer firefighter and police officer. A visitation will be held on March 20th, 2025, with a funeral ceremony the following day at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel. Burial will take place at Independence Cemetery. Memorial trees or flowers can be ordered in Dennis's memory through the online flower store.
