Elman Joseph McNeal, Sr., a Navy veteran and former logging industry worker known for his warm spirit and love of golf, passed away at the age of 70 on February 28, 2025, in Alexandria. McNeal is survived by his partner Teresa, his children Elman Jr, Christopher, Stephen, and Jacob, as well as grandchildren, siblings, nieces, and nephews. A visitation will be held on March 13, 2025, and entombment is scheduled for March 14, 2025, at Floral Hills Funeral Home.
