Owen Ray Townsend, Jr., aged 26, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 21, 2025, in Hebron, KY. Born on June 22, 1998, in Florence, KY, to Owen Ray and Ida M. (nee Wolfe) Townsend, Sr., Owen was known for his love of outdoor activities and spending quality time with his loved ones.

Owen had a deep passion for fishing, woodworking, listening to music, and working out. However, his greatest joy came from being surrounded by family and friends, creating lasting memories with those he held dear.

He is survived by his devoted parents, Owen Ray Townsend, Sr., and Ida M. Townsend; his siblings: Kimberly Townsend, Amber Townsend, Kelly Townsend, Emily (Ronnie) Thomas, Christian (Jeremy) Westerman, Sierra (Austin McComas) Townsend, and Nathan (Hailey Sargent) Townsend; as well as 18 nieces and nephews, and numerous caring aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects and support Owen's family during the visitation from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday, March 3, 2025, at Floral Hills Funeral Home, located at 3556 Old Taylor Mill Rd., Taylor Mill, KY. A funeral service will follow at Floral Hills Funeral Home starting at 1:00 PM, after which Owen will be laid to rest in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
