Carol E. Turner (née Dillon), aged 68, a resident of The Colony in Covington, passed away peacefully in hospice care at St. Elizabeth Edgewood on February 15, 2025, surrounded by her family. For several decades, Carol worked as a server, dedicating 30 years at Green Derby and 9 years at Dee Felice.

Preceded in death by her parents, Bruce and Janice Dillon, Carol is survived by her daughters Jenny Walton (Jeff), Christina Pope (Denny), son Tom Turner, sisters Sharon Hall (Kenny), Patty Dillon, and brothers Mark and Michael Dillon. She is also mourned by her 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Carol had a profound passion for gardening, finding solace in tending to her flowers, and enjoyed dancing. Her last wishes in hospice care reflected her love for these activities. A visitation and funeral service will be held at Serenity Funeral Care in Covington on Thursday, February 20, 2025, to honor Carol's memory.

With her love for gardening and dancing, Carol will be remembered as someone who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. It is with fond memories that she will be held close in the hearts of those who knew her.
