Kenneth Robert Wells | Floral Hills Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home & Mausoleum

Kenneth (Ken) Robert Wells, 86, of Union, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Robert Wells and Dorothy Emmett on October 16, 1938, peacefully passed away on January 30, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Known for his strong façade and compassionate heart, Ken was a devoted husband to his wife, Janice Stacy Wells, and a loving father to his children Sheila Foster, Lisa Troendle, Teresa (Rick) Burton, and Tony Wells. He is also survived by his brothers Tom Wells, Dennis Autry, sister Carol (Don) Black, numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Remembered for his craftsmanship, Ken willingly lent a hand to those in need, showcasing his skills and generosity. As a retired diesel mechanic, he spent hours in his garage, delving into engine mechanics and automotive repairs. His love for nature led him on hikes with his dog and hunting adventures with friends. A keen gardener, he took pride in his landscaping, which served as another avenue to bond with loved ones.

Predeceased by his parents, sons Scott, Brian, Steven, daughter Kimberly, brothers Joe, Mike, the family invites all who knew Ken to join them in honoring his life. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM at Floral Hills Funeral Home - Chapel A in Taylor Mill, Kentucky.

Ken's memory will be cherished for his strength, warmth, and dedication, and his legacy of craftsmanship and kindness will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
