Nancy Christine Vogel, 86, of Covington, who was born on June 14, 1938, in Covington, Kentucky, peacefully passed away on January 11, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. A dedicated Registered Nurse, Nancy's life was characterized by caring for others with compassion and unwavering commitment.

Nancy was cherished by her loved ones, including her son Darrell Shelton, daughter Theresa Morgan, and her brother Jackie Bishop. Her role as a grandmother brought her immense joy, and she took great pride in her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Beyond her nursing career, Nancy indulged in hobbies that enriched her life, finding pleasure in playing cards, gambling, crocheting, and engaging in needlepoint work. These pastimes allowed her to express her creativity and forge connections with those around her.

Preceded in death by her parents and children Steven Shelton and Pamela Kemen, Nancy's legacy of love and compassion will be warmly remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Visitation in memory of Nancy will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Floral Hills Funeral Home - Chapel A in Taylor Mill, Kentucky. A funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM at the same venue.

Nancy Christine Vogel's life was marked by grace, kindness, and a dedicated spirit, and she will be dearly missed by all whose lives she touched.
