Kurt William Maurer, Jr. | Northern Kentucky Chapel

Kurt William Maurer, Jr., a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully at his home in Hebron, Kentucky, on January 21, 2025, at the age of 69. Born on November 20, 1955, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Kurt was known for his kind-hearted nature, humor, and gentle demeanor, touching the lives of many with his warmth and care.

Throughout 21 years of marriage, Kurt shared a deep bond with his wife, Terri Maurer (nee Wood), creating a life filled with love and laughter. He is survived by his children Trey (Anna) Maurer, Katie Maurer, Sam (Anna) Miller, and Adam Reilly, along with his sisters, Chris Kahles and Linda May, and numerous grandchildren.

Kurt's passion for golf brought him joy and relaxation, while his ability to bring laughter and kindness to every encounter left lasting impressions on friends and family. Preceded in death by his parents, Ruth and Kurt William Maurer, Sr., Kurt's memory will be cherished by those who knew and loved him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in honor of Kurt William Maurer, Jr. Memorial trees or flowers can be ordered in his memory at the flower store. Donations to the Lung Cancer Research Foundation in memory of Kurt William Maurer, Jr., are welcomed.
