David A. Osborne, 84, of Florence, KY, passed away on January 10, 2025. Born on June 6, 1940, in Covington, KY, Osborne was a U.S. Army Veteran, a longtime Masonic Lodge member, and retired from the Boone County Fiscal Court. He served on the Florence City Council for 47 years and worked part-time at CVG Airport.

Survived by his wife Pamela S Osborne, daughter Kelli Ann Osborne (Amy Ford), son Kevin Osborne (Anna), granddaughters Kate Osborne and Caroline Osborne, nephews Christopher and Patrick Osborne, he was predeceased by his parents Wilmer J. and Viola Mae Osborne, and brother and sister-in-law Roger L. and Rita S. Osborne.

Visitation and a Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at First Church of Christ, 6080 Camp Ernst Road, Burlington, KY 41005, from 11 AM – 12 PM. Burial will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, Williamstown, KY. Memorial contributions can be made to First Church of Christ or a charity of choice.
