Dwayne Hugh Releford | Northern Kentucky Chapel

Dwayne Hugh Releford, born on September 18, 1967, in Covington, Kentucky, passed away on January 7, 2025, in Florence, Kentucky. Known for his fun-loving spirit and deep dedication to his family, Dwayne was a proud father, devoted grandfather, and cherished brother.

He found immense joy in his children: Benjamin Dwayne (Mandie) Releford and Sarah Joyce (John Allen) Releford, along with his grandchildren: Calleigh, Colby, Leighton, and Juliana. Survived by his brother Ewing L. Releford (Teresa) and sister Evonne Catton (Joseph), Dwayne's generosity and warmth touched the lives of his best friends Danny Allen and Nicky Herbert, as well as many other family members and friends.

Predeceased by his parents Ewing L. and Barbara Joyce Releford, wife Karen Elizabeth Releford, brother Michael Releford, and sister Annette Baker, Dwayne had a passion for boating, camping, and the outdoors. His laughter and kindness created lasting memories, leaving an indelible mark on those who knew him.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Northern Kentucky in Erlanger. A graveside service will follow at Burlington Cemetery. Dwayne's spirit will be remembered in the stories shared and the love he spread throughout his life. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Memorial trees or flowers in memory of Dwayne Hugh Releford can be ordered at the flower store.
