Carolyn Garrison Remembered for Love of Sewing, Nature, and Family

Carolyn Garrison, a devoted seamstress and beloved family member, passed away peacefully on December 9, 2024, in Erlanger, Kentucky. Born on January 18, 1941, in Cincinnati, Ohio, she spent 18 years showcasing her talent as a seamstress at Dillard's, where she created countless garments and crafts. Carolyn found joy in camping, nature's beauty, crocheting, and the companionship of her feline friend, Oscar.

Survived by her husband James Garrison, daughters Teresa, Brenda, Carol, and Tracy, grandchildren Tiffini, Taylor, McKenna, and Abigail, and great-grandchildren Zane, Grayson, and Owen, Carolyn also leaves behind sisters and brothers JoAnn, Evelyn, Linda, Peter, and Carlos. She was predeceased by her mother Evelyn and father Joseph Ehling.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on December 18, 2024, at Newcomer Funeral Home in Erlanger, Kentucky, followed by a service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Carolyn will always be remembered for her kindness, creativity, and love that will live on in the hearts of those who knew and cherished her. Memorial trees or flowers can be sent in her honor through the flower store.
