PRIVILEGED NOMINATION REFERRED TO COMMITIEE

On request by Senator Mitch McConnell, under the authority of S. Res. 116, 112 Congress, the followlng nomination was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary: Carlos Felipe Uriarte, of California, to be an Assistant Attorney General, vice Stephen Elliott Boyd.
