Northern Kentucky University announced on May 11 that Sofija Todorovic has signed with the Norse women’s basketball team for the upcoming season. Todorovic, a 6-foot forward from Čacak, Serbia, recently completed her freshman year at Cloud County Community College.

The addition of Todorovic brings international experience and versatility to the team as it prepares for the next season. Her ability to contribute in several areas is expected to strengthen the Norse roster.

“Sofija is a stretch forward who can impact the game in a multitude of statistical categories and brings valuable international experience to our program,” said Norse head coach Jeff Hans. “Her versatility, skill set, and ability to play from the perimeter make her an exciting addition to NKU.”

During her time with Cloud County Community College, Todorovic played in 30 games with three starts, averaging 8.6 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game over 18.8 minutes per contest. She shot nearly 44 percent from the field and made ten three-pointers on thirty attempts during the season while converting seventy free throws out of one hundred one attempts. In November, she recorded a career-high twenty-five points on eight-of-ten shooting and had four consecutive games scoring sixteen or more points early in the season. She also posted two double-doubles and grabbed fifteen rebounds in one game.

Todorovic represented Serbia’s U20 national team at FIBA EuroBasket 2025 where she appeared in six games and averaged just over three points along with nearly two rebounds as Serbia finished second in the tournament.
