The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Rockville fell by $1,500 while total sales increased by 18.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 314 homes sold, with a median sale price of $548,500 – a 0.3% decrease over the $550,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 264 homes sold in Rockville in the second half of 2016.
