Patricia Mary “Pat” Bogart, aged 83, of Newport, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 21, 2025. A longstanding member of St. Therese Parish in Southgate, KY, Pat led a life dedicated to her family and community, leaving an indelible mark in the hearts of many.

Holding roles as a cashier at Kmart and Kroger, both in Newport, Pat took pride in her work and cherished the interactions she had with customers. Witnessing her great-granddaughter, Aaliyah, graduate from Dayton High School in May was a moment of immense pride and joy for Pat, highlighting the love and pride she carried for her family. Her greatest happiness was found in spending time with her great-grandchildren, who brought light and joy into her life.

Born in Covington, KY, on October 23, 1941, Pat was the daughter of the late Melville and Marie (Barth) Wolke. She was preceded in death by her adored husband, James D. Bogart, and her sister, Rose Schulkers.

Pat’s loving memory lives on through her daughters, Pam (Chris) Bryant and Cindy Bogart; grandchildren, Jeremy (Amiee) Neace, Stephanie (Karl White) Bogart, and Sarah Neace; great-grandchildren, Aaliyah Horton, Aaden Neace, Ryker Neace, and Eloise Neace; brother, Jerry (the late Nancy) Wolke; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will take place on Monday, September 29, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Dobbling, Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home in Bellevue, KY, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 p.m. at St. Therese Parish in Southgate, KY. Rev. Michael T. Grady will officiate, with burial to follow at St. Stephen Cemetery in Fort Thomas, KY.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Autism Speaks.
