Res. 116, 112th Congress, the following nomination was referred to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pension: Gwen Graham, of Florida, to be Assistant Secretary for Legislation and Congressional Affairs, Department of Education, vice Peter Louis Oppenheim, resigned.
