Martin Stevens, 69, of Cincinnati, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 10, 2025. He was born on March 16, 1956, in Cincinnati, to Robert and Ruth Stevens. Martin was a compassionate individual who dedicated himself to helping others and was cherished by his family. His warm smile, lighthearted jokes, and encouraging words uplifted many. He will be remembered lovingly by his daughter, grandchildren, brother, nephew, and a host of other relatives and friends. A funeral ceremony will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions – Northern Kentucky Chapel. Martin will be deeply missed.

Bellarmine University to confer 836 degrees at May 9 commencement ceremony

Bellarmine University plans to award more than eight hundred degrees during its upcoming commencement on May 9. The event features speakers Dr. Aaron Thompson and Rachel Greenberg who will both receive honorary degrees. The university is celebrating its seventy-fifth anniversary this year.
