Florence, Kentucky – Linda Joann Smith, 75, passed away on October 1, 2025, at her home. Born on August 4, 1950, in Cincinnati, Linda was a retired Meat Department Manager with over 30 years of service. She found joy in gardening, ceramics, Longaberger basket and Fenton Milk Glass collecting, and was known for her culinary skills. A devoted wife of 56 years to Johnny L. Smith, Linda is survived by her husband, son Jon, daughters-in-law Cindy, granddaughters MaKenzie and Harper, siblings Lori Coker, Marlene Miller, James Hardewig, brother-in-law David Smith, and many other relatives. She was preceded in death by her sister, Deborah Ann Zehnder.

Funeral services will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Monday, October 6, 2025, with visitation from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and the service at 12:00 PM. Burial will take place at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the Boone County Animal Shelter in Burlington, KY.
