Laura Jean Orsburn, 84, of Latonia, Kentucky, peacefully passed away on August 15, 2025. Born on April 24, 1941, in Covington, Kentucky, Laura was the cherished daughter of Alphus D. and Verna B. Hutton (née Walls).

Laura was preceded in death by her beloved mother Verna, father Alphus, sons Jeff S. and Jack D. Orsburn, sister Betty Hutchinson, and brothers Bobby and Roy Hutton. She is survived by her son Louis W. (Brook) Orsburn, daughter Cindy A. (Jeff) Atkins, son Christopher S. (Shirley) Orsburn, bonus daughter Crystal Love, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchild, brother Bill Hutton, brother Pete Hutton, sister Linda Roberts, and many relatives and friends.

Laura found joy in playing card games, solving puzzles, and most of all, spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

A funeral ceremony will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions – Northern Kentucky Chapel. Visitation will precede the ceremony.
