Kentucky Proud is collaborating with the Kentucky Center for Agriculture and Rural Development (KCARD) and the University of Kentucky’s Market Ready Producer Training Program to host a Retail Readiness Workshop on March 31 at the Fayette County Extension Office in Lexington, according to a recent announcement.
The event aims to support both established direct sales producers and those seeking entry into wholesale markets. The workshop will cover marketing trends, funding opportunities, peer-to-peer panels, product reviews, advice from local retailers, and hands-on marketing planning sessions.
