Joseph E. Lemen, aged 85, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2025, in Florence, Kentucky, surrounded by his loving family. Born on February 19, 1940, in Indiana, Joseph’s life was marked by profound love for his family, a welcoming spirit, and a desire to help others. Known for his famous saying “Be Kind,” Joseph lived his life spreading love and positivity to all he encountered.

A devoted father to his three children Tracy Reis (Sascha), Jamie Lemen (Dana), and Kenny Lemen (Stacy), Joseph was committed to providing guidance and support, creating lasting memories that will endure in the hearts of his loved ones. His special bond with his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and family friend Karen Cox served as a foundation of strength and love.

A visitation to celebrate Joseph’s life will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on September 25, 2025, followed by a Funeral Service where family and friends will gather to honor his remarkable life.

Joseph E. Lemen will be remembered for his kindness, dedication to family, and the positive impact he had on all who knew him. His legacy of love and compassion will continue to shine through those whose lives he touched.
