The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Germantown rose by $32,550 while total sales decreased by 4.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 232 homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 – a 8.6% increase over the $377,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 242 homes sold in Germantown in the third quarter of 2019.
