Florence, Kentucky – Christie Mann, 74, of Florence, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on August 5, 2025. Born in Covington, Kentucky, on December 16, 1950, to Carl and Beulah Girdler (nee Soard). Christie was known for her infectious laughter that could brighten any room, living life vibrantly and energetically. She found joy in testing her luck at Turfway Casino with her sisters. She is survived by her daughters Lisa (Billy) Benton, Gina (Chris) Mains, and Tracy (Brian) Schalk; grandchildren Christopher Mains Jr., Alexis Kirkland, Sydney Benton, Noah Schalk, Mitchell Schalk, Brittany Benton, and Amber Bingaman; great-grandchildren; sisters Teresa (Lee) Releford, Charlene (Bill) Fletcher, and Linda Baker; and numerous other family members and friends. Preceded in death by her Father, Mother, Husband, Brothers, and Sisters. A visitation will be held on Monday, August 11, 2025, from 11 am to 1 pm, followed by a service at Newcomer Funeral Home, Erlanger, KY. Burial will take place at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Contributions in memory of Christie Mann may be made to the St. Elizabeth Foundation for Cancer Care Research. Memories and messages for the family can be shared in the guest book or through the flower store.
