Petersburg, Kentucky – Charles “C” Wayne Turner, Jr., 42, of Petersburg, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, August 4, 2025. Born in Covington, Kentucky, Charles was the son of Charles “Chuck” Turner, Sr., and Kimberly Ballinger. He is preceded in death by his uncles, John Turner, Jim Turner, and Buddy Willis, as well as his aunt, Patricia Turner.

Charles is fondly remembered by his father, Chuck Turner, and his mother, Kimberly Ballinger (Phil). Known for his warm and caring nature, Charles possessed a delightful sense of humor, often delighting those around him with his jokes. He harbored a passion for motorcycles and had a special affection for animals, particularly his cat, George. Charles was celebrated for his generosity, always ready to assist anyone in need.

A graveside service in memory of Charles will take place on Friday, August 8, 2025, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, located at 3227 Dixie Hwy, Erlanger, Kentucky, starting at 10:00 a.m. The family invites online condolences and shared memories, which can be left at www.stithfuneralhome.com.
