The University of Louisville announced on April 22 that 27 members of its men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams have been named to the 2025-26 All-Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Swimming & Diving Academic Teams.
This recognition highlights the academic achievements of student-athletes who balance their athletic commitments with strong performance in the classroom. Across the ACC, a total of 318 student-athletes were selected for this honor for the upcoming season.
Fifteen men and twelve women from Louisville earned spots on the All-ACC Academic Team. The criteria for selection include maintaining at least a 3.0-grade point average over the previous two semesters, a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 during their academic career, enrollment at their institution for at least one year as an undergraduate, and participation in at least half of their team’s competitions.
The honorees from Louisville represent a variety of majors including finance, neuroscience, exercise physiology, marketing, biology, public health, psychology, interior design, business administration, accountancy, mechanical engineering and more. This diversity underscores both athletic and academic commitment among team members.
